CASA LUNA SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT & HOUSE GUIDELINES

• Total Rental Amount: USD

• Security Deposit: USD (Refundable)
  The security deposit will be returned within 7–14 days of departure, less any deductions for damage, missing items, or rule violations.

• 100% refund: Cancelled within 5 days of this agreement.

• 75% refund: Cancelled prior to 1 month from arrival.

• 25% refund: Cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival.

• No refund: Cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Casa Luna is located in a quiet residential HOA community. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines or immediate termination of stay without refund.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

• Parties: Must be disclosed and approved in writing beforehand.

• Smoking: 100% non-smoking property (includes vaping and marijuana) indoors and outdoors.

• Pets: No pets allowed unless approved in writing.

🚫 NO GLASS is allowed in or around the pool or hot tubs. Use provided plastic/acrylic drinkware. Broken glass may require draining the pool at the Guest’s expense. Use of pool/hot tub is at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

To conserve energy in Los Cabos, please:

• Keep doors/windows closed when using air conditioning.

• Turn off AC and lights when not in use.

• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.

The golf cart is for use on golf paths and within Palmilla shops/restaurants.

• Prohibited: Not permitted on highways or beach sand.

• Liability: Guest is responsible for any damage or misuse.

The Owner is not responsible for injury, accidents, loss, or theft. Guests assume all responsibility for their own safety and belongings. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
