Standard rate:  $1495 night*
     > 10% off for 7 nights or more
      > minimum stay 2 nights
Security deposit:  $500; collected upon reservation; returned within 7 days of departure.
Full payment due within 14 days of arrival.

Basic Rules & Regulations

NO SMOKING indoors and preferrably only at the front of the house
NO GLASS around pool or hot tub; breakage will require draining
NO EXCESSIVE NOISE; espeically after 10p - Guards will warn then a fine
Please observe restricted areas:  locked closets, garage, internet room, etc.
Guest arrival: 4p (unless otherwise arranged- bags can be dropped off)
Guest departure:  11a (unless otherwise arranged)

House guide will be provided by Marlene before your arrival and she will provide a personal introduction upon your arrival.
